He goes to the kitchen and meets Laura, who works with
him.
Ciao Laura. Sei pronta per la riunione di oggi?
“Good morning, Laura. Are you ready for the meeting now?”
Ciao Ben! No, ho bisogno di un caffè. Sono stanca.Ieri ,ho dimenticato di andare in banca e questa mattina
mi sono alzata alle sei per andarci.
“Hi Ben! No, I need a coffee. I'm tired. Yesterday
I forgot to go to the bank and this morning I got up at six
o’clock to go there.”
Prendono caffè e biscotti e vanno nella sala
riunioni.
They take coffee and biscuits and go to the meeting room.
Il loro capo parla di nuovi progetti. Ben prendeappunti con una matita.
Their boss is talking about new projects. Ben takesnotes with a pencil.
Laura, voglio un articolo breve sulla fabbrica
che chiude la settimana prossima.
“Laura, I want a shortarticle about the factory
which closesnextweek.”
Oh sì, questo è importante. Scriverò degli operai.
“Oh yes, that's important. I'll
write about the workers.”
Grazie, Laura! Ben, questa settimana lavorerai per la nostra sezione
sportiva. Hanno bisogno di aiuto.Alcuni giocatori di basket
verranno per la partita di Lunedì prossimo e abbiamo anche i biglietti
per la partita di calcio di Martedì.
“Thank you, Laura! Ben, this week you'll work for our sportsection. They need your help. Somebasketballplayers
are coming for the game next Monday and we also have tickets
for the football game on Tuesday.”
Grazie mille! Mi piace scrivere di sport, lo trovo molto
divertente.
“Thank you so much! I like writing about sport so
much.”
