Anna is seeing her friend Sophia in the town centre on Wednesday. They are walking on the street when Anna stops at a shop.
“Sophia, olhe esta saia. Você gosta?”
“Sophia, look at this skirt. Do you like it?”
“Qual? A marrom?”
“Which one? The brown one?”
“Não, a amarela. Quero comprar roupas novas para nossas férias de verão.”
“No, the yellow one. I want to buy new clothes for our summer holiday.”
“Quando você vai? Em junho ou julho?”
“When are you going? In June or July?”
“Não, nossas férias são em agosto. Nós vamos para a praia. Espero que o clima esteja agradável. "
“No, our holiday is in August. We're going to the beach. I hope that the weather will be good.”
Elas entram na loja.
They enter the shop.
“Anna, olha! A calça e a camiseta são ambas laranjas. Você se vestiria assim?”
“Anna, look! The trousers and the T shirt are both orange. Would you dress like this?”
“Ah não, nunca! Eu sou muito gorda para isso. Você gosta desses jeans pretos aqui?”
“Oh, no, never! I'm too fat for that. Do you like these black jeans?”
“Sim, eu gosto - e você parecerá tão magra e estilosa com eles.”
“Yes, I do like them. And you'll look so slim and stylish in them.”
“Eu também vou comprar uma nova camisa de manga longa para o Ben.”
“I'll also buy a new shirt with long sleeves for Ben.”
“Essa aqui? É um azul bonito, não é?”
“This one? It's a nice blue, isn’t it?”
“Sim, está na moda, mas talvez seja grande demais para ele? "
“Yes, it is fashionable, but it might be too big for him?”
“Não, é tamanho dezessete. Ele sempre usa dezesseis ou dezessete. Eu também poderia comprar um cinto novo para ele.”
“No, it's size seventeen. He always wears sixteen or seventeen. I could also buy a new belt for him.”
“Eu não acho que eles os vendem aqui.”
“I don’t think they sell them here.”
Anna pays for the jeans and the shirt and they leave the shop.
“É hora do almoço e agora estou com fome. Você acha que eles vendem sanduíches no bar aqui?”
“It's time for lunch and I'm hungry now. Do you think they sell sandwiches at the bar here?”
“Sim, eles vendem.”
“Yes, they do.”
O bar fica ao lado do parque. Elas se sentam à mesa. Um garçom vem e elas pedem sanduíches e chá preto.
The bar is next to the park. They sit down at a table. A waiter comes and they order sandwiches and black tea.
Depois do almoço, elas pedem a conta.

“Treze euros e dez centavos, por favor. "
“Thirteen euros and ten cents, please.”
