En octobre, Anna et Ben sont de retour de leurs
vacances. Il est samedi et Anna et Sophia vont sortir. Elles sont dans le bain
et font leur maquillagedevant le miroir. Elles écoutent
leurs chansons préférées à la radio.
Anna and Ben are back from their holidays in October.
It is Saturday and Anna and Sophia will be going out. They are in the bathroom
and do their make-up in front of the mirror. They listen
to their favourite songs on the radio.
Anna a peint ses ongles. Maintenant elle met soigneusement
ses collants.
Anna has painted her nails. She is now carefully
putting on her tights.
Sophia met de la crème sur ses joues avec ses doigts.
Elle met ses boucles d'oreilles enargent et un collier
avec une croixenor.
Sophia puts cream on her cheeks with her fingers.
She puts on her silverearrings and a necklace with a goldcross.
« Anna, as-tu un peignequelque part? Je ne
trouve pas ma brosse à cheveux et mon sèche-cheveux. »
“Anna, do you have a comb anywhere? I can't find
my hairbrush and hairdryer.”
Anna regarde autour d'elle.
Anna looks around.
« Ah, la brosse est derrière la bouteille de shampooing.
Et à côté du savon, il y a les ciseaux et le peigne. »
“Ah, the brush is behind the shampoo bottle. And
next to the soap are the scissors and the comb.”
Sophia entre dans la salle à manger avec son verre
de vin et allume la télé avec la télécommande.
Sophia goes into the dining room with her wine glass
and turns on the TV with the remote control.
Ben travaille sur son ordinateur.
Ben is working on his computer.
« Bonsoir, Ben! »
“Good evening, Ben!”
« Bonsoir Sophia! J’aime bien les cheveuxfrisés. »
“Hello Sophia! I like the curly hair.”
« Merci! Tu veux nous joindre plus tard? Nous
allons au nouveau bar et ensuite à la discothèque. »
“Thank you! Do you want to join us later? We're going
to that new bar and to the discoafterwards.”
« J'aimerais bien, mais je dois finir ceci. La date
limite est demain matin. »
“I would like to, but I have to finish this. The deadline's
tomorrow morning.”
« Est-ce que tu peux venir plus tard? »
“Will you be able to come later?”
« Je ne sais pas, peut-être il me faut encore deux
heures. Je dois dessiner une caricature. »
“I don’t know, I need maybe another two hours.
I have to draw a cartoon.”
« Appèle-nous quand tu as fini le travail.
Nous verrons d'abord un film. Il y a aussi une fête à laquelle
nous pouvons t’emmener plus tard. Il y aura même de la danse. »
“Call us when you're done with the job.
We're seeing a film first. There's also a party we can take
you to later. There'll evenbe dancing.”
« Je vais t’envoyer un message. Je dois
l'apporter à la posted’ici à 20 heures. A plus tard. »
“I'll send you a message. I have to take this to
the postby 8pm. See you later.”
