A8 Sightseeing

安娜和本很晚醒来。他们想去市中心观光并拍一些照片。

Ānnà hé Běn hěn wǎn xǐnglái. Tāmen xiǎng qù shì zhōngxīn guānguāng bìng pāi yīxiē zhàopiàn.

Anna and Ben wake up late. They want to go sightseeing and take pictures in the town centre.

本带了他的照相机，安娜带了一本指南。

Běn dàile tā de zhàoxiàngjī, Ānnà dàile yì běn zhǐnán.

Ben has his camera and Anna has a guidebook.

“本，咱们先去博物馆吧。”

“Běn, zánmen xiān qù bówùguǎn ba.”

“Ben, let's go to the museum first.”

“为什么？这是一个小城镇，我不认为博物馆会很有趣。”

“Wèishénme? Zhè shì yígè xiǎo chéngzhèn, wǒ bú rènwéi bówùguǎn huì hěn yǒuqù.”

“Why? This is a small town and I don't think the museum will be very interesting.”

“那我们去散步吧。这里的房子真好。”

“Nà wǒmen qù sànbù ba. Zhèlǐ de fángzi zhēn hǎo.”

“Let's go for a walk then. The houses here are so nice.”

“好的,行！至少今天没有风也没有雨。”

“Hǎo de, xíng! Zhìshǎo jīntiān méiyǒu fēng yě méiyǒu yǔ.”

“Ok, all right! At least there's no wind or rain today.”

他们看到了一家有咖啡厅的面包店。他们坐了下来。一位女服务员向他们的桌子走了过来。

Tāmen kàndàole yì jiā yǒu kāfēitīng de miànbāo diàn. Tāmen zuòle xiàlái. Yí wèi nǚ fúwùyuán xiàng tāmen de zhuōzi zǒule guòlái.

They see a bakery with a café. They sit down and a waitress comes to their table.

“早上好。您要早餐吗？”

“Zǎoshang hǎo. Nín yào zǎocān ma?”

“Good morning. Would you like some breakfast?”

“我只想要一杯卡布奇诺咖啡。”

“Wǒ zhǐ xiǎng yào yì bēi kǎbùqīnuò kāfēi.”

“I'd just like a cappuccino.”

“我要一杯茶。如果我喝太多咖啡，我会不能睡着。”

“Wǒ yào yì bēi chá. Rúguǒ wǒ hē tài duō kāfēi, wǒ huì bùnéng shuìzháo.”

“And I'll have a tea. I can't sleep if I drink too much coffee.”

“什么样的茶？我们有红茶或绿茶，或者……”

“Shénme yàng de chá? Wǒmen yǒu hóng chá huò lǜ chá, huòzhě……”

“What kind of tea? We have black or green tea, or...”

“我要喝杯绿茶。还有羊角面包，我又饿了。”

“Wǒ yào hē bēi lǜ chá. Hái yǒu yángjiǎo miànbāo, wǒ yòu èle.”

“I'll have a cup of green tea - and, also a croissant, I'm hungry again.”

“您还想要牛奶和糖吗？”

“Nín hái xiǎng yào niúnǎi hé táng ma?”

“Would you also like milk and sugar?”

“不，谢谢。但请给我一把勺子。”

“Bù, xièxie. Dàn qǐng gěi wǒ yì bǎ sháozi.”

“No, thank you. But I would like a spoon, please.”

一个男人坐在旁边的桌子上，开始吸烟。

Yígè nánren zuò zài pángbiān de zhuōzi shàng, kāishǐ xī yān.

A man sits down at the table next to them and starts smoking a cigarette.

安娜看了本相机上的照片。

Ānnà kànle Běn xiàngjī shàng de zhàopiàn.

Anna looks at the photos on Ben’s camera.

“嗯，这张很好。你可以看到公园里的各种植物，但是第二个不好。”

“En, zhè zhāng hěn hǎo. Nǐ kěyǐ kàndào gōngyuán lǐ de gè zhǒng zhíwù, dànshì dì èr gè bù hǎo.”

“Hmm, this one is nice - you can see the different plants in the park, but the second one isn't good.”

“是的，你是对的！这里的光不够，只能看到耳朵和嘴。”

“Shì de, nǐ shì duì de! Zhèlǐ de guāng bú gòu,  zhǐ néng kàndào ěrduo hé zuǐ.”

“Yes, you're right! There isn't enough light, you can only see your ears and mouth here.”
