B9 The Visit

Ben has a new project. The King and Queen are coming next week and his boss asked him to write about their visit to the embassy. So far he has only interviewed actors in the local cinema and this is his biggest project yet.

Tā zài bǐjìběn diànnǎo qián zuò xià, yuèdúle fǎngwèn de xìjié. Shǒuxiān, tā chákànle tāmen de rìlì, érqiě xiě xiàle wángshì fūfù de yùyuē shíjiān.

He sits down with his laptop and reads through the details of the visit. First of all, he looks at their calendar and writes down the appointments of the royal couple.

Anna is in the kitchen and prepares tea with lemon and honey

“Ānnà, nǐ néng bāng wǒ ma? Wǒ bìxū xiě yǒuguān wánghòu chuānzhuó de wénzhāng.”

“Anna, can you help me please? I have to write about what the queen is wearing.”

Ben stands up and pushes Anna onto the chair in front of the PC.

“I have a plan. I tidy up the kitchen and repair the electric heating now, while you fill a folder with documents about them and print the most important ones for me.”

If you also bring the mail to the post office we have a deal.”

“I will! This research would kill me.”
